He is the only true picture of perfection and because He is perfect, he is to be worshiped in a manner that is befitting His position of exaltation. God alone can determine what is Holy and what is not holy. Human beings do not have the power to make a physical object Holy. As in this example, the word \u201choly\u201d is often used as descriptor of an intense issue and in some cases as a mild oath. To use \u201choly\u201d as such a descriptor cheapens the meaning of the word and detracts from its true and intended use.
