Herman McElfresh (Pen name: JR McElfresh) is a retired business professional. He is a twenty-eight year veteran of business management plus ten years in real estate sales management. Along with his professional vocations, he does volunteer work as a teacher and deacon minister for his church. He has been in this volunteer position for more than thirty years. In 2002, his vocation took on a new form as a writer. His first book, SpiritQuest: Our War with Choices was published in June 2004. His second book, SpiritQuest 2: Interface with Creation is scheduled to be published in mid-September 2012.
